What a busy, busy day. Everyone needed to be flexible and go with the flow as we flip flopped between activities. Considering the week we had, I was impressed with the ability for the students to stick with all the activities. Students continued researching their Science projects, grade 7s practised the FSA math, we had buddy time and they demonstrated their writing skills through a pre assessment for Mr. Cremayer on paragraph writing.
1) Math - grade 6s - Ms H - do corrections from your Math test
2) Science - research is to be completed for Monday. Be sure to check with your partner(s) if you have one to ensure everyone is on track.
3) Curling - we leave at 8:40 on Monday so be sure to be on time. Bring clean indoor shoes.
Comment: This weekend I am leaving this open for you to choose your topic. But it can not be a one sentence comment. Think of something you would like to share with the class.
I am a grade 7 teacher who has been teaching in the Surrey School District for over 28 years. I love to read, garden, walk, and spend time with family, friends and my golden retriever Kona.
