What a great day. It started with a continuation of the photography mini unit where students tried applying a bit more artistry into their picture taking. The shots are amazing!
Around 10:00 we then headed to Clayton Park for our year end BBQ. This is always a favorite day for the kids - tons of running, lots of hanging out time with friends, and today the sun shone brightly through it all.
Things to take note of:
Playland on Monday for the grade 7s - students can bring their phones, money and other items such as food, sunscreen, hats and so on. I do not recommend buying lunch there as the line ups are extreme.
Pancake Breakfast on Tuesday morning for the Grade 7s.
I am a grade 7 teacher who has been teaching in the Surrey School District for over 28 years. I love to read, garden, walk, and spend time with family, friends and my golden retriever Kona.
