When we can teach others what we know, it demonstrates we have truly learned. Today Division One students taught our grade 3 buddies how to write a Haiku and then used the app Haiku Deck to produce a finished product. A very engaged buddy time!
1) LA - Sensory Poem - complete a finished copy, either typed or hand written (very neat in pen) and then illustrate your poem. The illustration can be hand drawn or computer generated but it must be reflective of the poem. A simple border will not be enough. Please put some effort into the finished product. Take pride and expect more than mediocrity! Due Monday.
2) Socials - quiz next Wednesday on mapping skills and geography knowledge of the world (continents, provinces, bodies of water, knowledge around latitude/longitude, etc.)
For fun. See how many faces you can find and respond in the comments section.
