The day started with a wonderful performance by the grade 7 band. It is always amazing to hear how far these budding musicians can grow over the course of a year.
Students continued to work on the book club unit in LA. The Lost Riders novel group had a chance to sit and have their first conversations today around the story. So many of the rights we take for granted are not evident in the novels we read. It is a very good reminder to be thankful of what we have but also question how we can change the world.
The measurement projects have taken on a whole new level than what I thought they might be. It is great to see the imaginations as students work to show their learning.
