Setting up great photos and using descriptive language were the focus of Language Arts this morning. With the help of Ms Findlay, Division 1 students have a better idea of how to take a great fall photo for their upcoming digital story. We also spent some time today giving each other feedback on our websites so that we know what we can do to improve.
1)LA - complete draft 1 for Tuesday of your fall story. Remember to use descriptive language that paints a portrait. For example, instead of saying, "it rains a lot" you could say, "the rain pelts down soaking through all my layers and leaving me chilled to the bone".
2) Math - grade 6s -complete corrections from the review quiz; grade 7s pg 58 # 3,5,6,7 bonus 8,9,13
3) Photography - begin to create a portfolio of pictures that will tell your story. Staging photos is a great way to ensure your message comes across.
4) Websites - using the feedback given from your peer, edit and improve. Due for Wednesday
5) PE tomorrow
