Once again, the Titan family made us all proud. Between recess and lunch the school population gathered in the gym and shared songs, poems, and videos on why November 11th is an important day for all of us. The art work, the voices of the younger students singing - all created a lasting impact on the audience.
1) LA - complete your 7th journal entry on your blog site.
2) LA - complete a first draft of a response for The One and Only Ivan in your reading journal. Follow the notes you took today as a guideline and check your shared file on google docs for my example. Remember that what I wrote was only the beginning of a possible response. We will be reviewing and peer editing on Tuesday. If you are unsure of how much you should have written, you should not have less than 1/2 of a page. For some, you can do this on computer and bring in your printed copy.
3) Math - study for your math tests on Wednesday. If you spend about 15 minutes a day, you will be well prepared.
4) Photography - have your completed portfolio for Tuesday. This should contain approximately 10 photos of those things that remind you of Fall. Remember to focus on the skills you have learned when taking your photos. Bring in your photos on a USB.
Have a wonderful 4 days off.
