What a fun afternoon learning how to work with clay and creating individual masks. The creativity was flowing and each mask is amazing and unique. The morning was spent watching a movie called Urban Gorilla produced by National Geographic. It focused on the reasons why zoos have been taking in gorillas but also showed some of the less than great homes that some gorillas find themselves in. A thought provoking video which made us laugh but also made us feel sad.
